Dear Members,
With the recent closure of our second USA office we are unable to
process your payouts requests in a timely manner. We can only make 3
files per day via bank transfer and this is just not enough to keep up
with the demand of USA members.
For those of you with withdrawal requests pending from Studiopay you
will be emailed with an expected payment date of your outstanding
request. We will try to schedule all payments for within a week or two.
We are implementing a new payment system and need time to get it
established and tested. While we are doing this we cannot continue to
process this large number of requests also.
To reduce the workload, and speed up this new system, we might stop
engaging surfing services for some members. In doing so, it allows us
to expand our current office, add in more staff and automation to it.
Our mini payment processing unit will also be ready by then.
Our goal is to prevent confusion and 'complaints' from impatient
members,and to allow us sufficient time to improve our current
infrastructure.
If you really need to surf now, please submit a ticket and let us
know so we can arrange it. However, please give us a week to a month
to make arrangements.
