I went to GQs to loan more money. The site is not available. Did you quit or is it just a server issue?

The DDOS (Blockdos.com) people said they were hosting us so we cancelled the server through 2NV because we didn't need them any more,The bill per month was $230.00 so obviously we didn't cancel because of cost. I e-mailed the DDOS people on AT LEAST 3 occasions and asked "Are you hosting us?" , They said yes!!! As it turns out the DDOS people are scammers who took thousands from us and never did a thing for it, including hosting us. Once the server was turned in with 2NV we lost everything in our database. Spends, payouts, e-mail addresses. members names, EVERYTHING!
The programmer says the last backup we have is Dec.3rd, but with 1,000's of transactions every week that obviously means no record of anything since then. This is very distressing to say the least and we will be headed back today (10 hrs driveing time) as we will cut our holiday vacation short. We will have a meeting and decide what to do.
There are many that will think this planned and feel free to make your own judgement, I can't help that but I could have had the site back up on Friday a couple hrs after it went down and just took in $1,000's more money everyday and just made excuses not to pay for another 3 or 4 days. There was never an issue with money as we went through many times without a penney coming in and still paid out.
The one DDOS attack alone cost us about $30,000 - With nothing coming in while site was down.
The online accounts will be left as is and we have no intention of doing anything until we come up with a plan of action. Below is the e-mail I just got late last night from 2NV hosting, That is why no update as I didn't have any answer from them on the situation. Also we have no server to send "Mass e-mails" from,
