Egoldspinner : new proceduresDue to several factors, none the least of which is the rapid growth of the program, the current system has proven inefficient and confusing. A more streamlined system will be implemented starting now. We want to make this transition as painless as possible, but some will not like it for whatever reason. If a member is not comfortable with the change, the member may request a refund of his original spend less any withdrawals he has received. It is not our intent to run anyone away, but rather improve the program for everybody's benefit.

Benefits
  1. your account balance will show what is happening with your funds within 24 hours. You will by then know whether the funds are working or pending.
  2. All withdrawal requests will be handled the same way, through the program script. No more support tickets for one type and automatic for another.
  3. More people will be attending to the business of processing your orders.
  4. Fewer mistakes will be made.
  5. You will have a better idea of when you will be paid.

Withdrawals
  1. You simply go into your member area and request a withdrawal (regardless of amount). There will be a comment box to insert the required information not specifically asked for by the form.
  2. This will generate a list that we can retrieve and process those requests.
  3. The MINIMUM limit for a withdrawal request in $100. At the very least, a member will have earned that much within four days.
  4. All requests $1000 or less will be processed within 24 hours.
  5. Requests for more than $1000 will prioritized but should be paid with 3-5 business days. Our goal will be to do them sooner.
  6. Plan accordingly.
  7. The moderators will be assigned to process the egold and ebullion requests. Bob will handle the wires and Western Union.
Spends
  1. All spends will done via the site through the Make Deposit or Make Deposit from Account button
  2. You will be taken to a page that will allow you make your spend: account, egold, ebullion etc.
  3. Egold is the default selection and can be processed directly from the site.
  4. The other selections require you to make your ebullion spend from the ebullion site, and return to the site and complete the forms. In the "Plan" box put account.
  5. When your funds arrive, they will be credited to your account from which you will be able to make a spend from Spend from Account option. This will prevent an entry error by the staff. The funds will go into the plan you want.
  6. An autoresponse email will be generated to let you know the request was received.
  7. You will know the funds are in your account when they are there: egold, immmediately; Ebullion -w/i 24 hours: wires and WU will be picked up and Fridays and Mondays.
Implementation
  1. Transition starts now.
  2. All pending withdrawal requests will be returned to users accts. You will be able to re enter them under the new guidelines. Do NOT submit a further request. This will actually help you receive your request in a more timely manner.
  3. Minimum withdrawal is now $100 and there is no maximum.
  4. Due to the growth we are experiencing, all withdrawal requests should be given at least 3 working days for processing.
