Scammer and Retarded of the Year (Never Trust an Alien)

Almost two months after having claimed that "you will all get paid, don't worry!", 'Mike' strikes again :

"Hey Guys and Gals. I want to thank all of you for being members of RockSolidSurf.com. We have really had nothing but bad luck since we started. I am forced to close up and refund you great members, but it's not going to be easy or quick. I have been building funds up lately to continue the program, but it's not going too well. First let me run through the issues we faced while running this site.

The first 2 months that we were open ran perfectly. We had no major issues, were paying out regularly, and were building a nice member base. Then the ScamPay ordeal hit. They completely froze the business account and with it, all of the funds I had were now being held by those crooks at Stormpay. I then did pretty much what everyone else did, which is sit back and hope this blew over and things were worked out, but obviously they never got worked out and NO funds were returned to me, so I started a refund sytem that was actually building quite fast because we began using Paypal and Egold and several of you supported us and helped us get back going. We had a few members using egold, but many were using Paypal so we had readily easy access to our funds and I began building again, but just when things were starting to look up, we took another frozen account blow from Paypal. They still have my account limited and have not released the funds, we are still looking at another 90 - 100 days before they will even release part of it. EMO was another nightmare and though we never accepted EMO on RSS, we did use them for several other opportunities that we were involved in and again, lost all the money in there.

This was really starting to become a major issue with the industry and darn near killed it for everyone, but a few sites, namely AlienTrust.com kept the industry alive and we were able to secure a spot over there to start back up and recover funds. Now, of course, we haven't recovered nearly enough to put a dent in what we are set to pay back, but it's something to start with. This is how it's going to have to work..

I refuse to trust another online payment processor, so I have adopted the Virtual Money card as my primary way of paying you guys back. This WILL take some time to accomplish, but never the less, we will get it done. Whats going to happen now...

1. You are going to send me an email with your member #, Virtual Money Card # (If you have one) and I will add it to the list, but I am only refunding 50% of your last ad buy. Let me repeat, YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE 50% OF YOUR LAST AD BUY.
2. You will remain patient and you will not hate mail me or your # will fall to the end of the list. We are going to do this professional or not at all. I have sincerely tried to build funds for the last 3 months to make these refunds because all of the money was stolen or frozen.It could have been easy for me to pull the site down, but I want to at least get 50% back. It's better than nothing and really all I can afford. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

If you already have a Virtual Money Card, Great! Send me the card number, and your member # at RSS and I will go in and find your last ad buy and send you half of that amount. Again, there is no timeframe expected on this, but I will do them as quickly as possible.If you dont have a card and want a refund, the cost for the card is $25 for US members, and $35 for international members and this information must be sent to me, so I can order your card. I will allow you to pay for this card from your balance at RSS, but the amount will be taken from your refund total. These cards are being purchased by me for you guys, so I will not be supporting them, but they are coming from a reliable source.

Guys, I know this sucks and is not what you want, but this is the only way to get your money back. I don't have it all now, but I will continue to leave this site up and make payments as often as possible. I have a good amount now to get started, so if you get the request to me, I can get several taken care of right now.
